When you buy a reading you will be asked to confirm that you accept these terms and the Refund Policy before payment. That confirmation is recorded with your order.
The Service calculates a Four Pillars of Destiny (八字) chart from your birth data, and can generate a written interpretation of it.
Bazi is a traditional Chinese system of interpretation that has been practised for centuries. We present it as cultural insight and entertainment. It is not a science. It does not rest on evidence that would satisfy a physicist, and no chart, reading or forecast on this Service should be understood as a prediction that an event will certainly occur.
In particular, a reading is not:
You are responsible for your own decisions. Interpretations of the same chart differ between practitioners, and ours is one interpretation, offered in good faith.
You must be at least 18 years old, and legally able to enter into a contract, to buy a reading. You may use the free calculator at any age with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
The accuracy of a chart depends entirely on the birth details you provide. Birth time in particular changes the Hour Pillar, so please check it before paying.
If you enter the wrong details, you may submit a corrected reading once at no charge within 30 days — see the Refund Policy.
Please only enter data about yourself, or about someone who has asked you to. Our handling of that data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The calculator returns the core chart — Four Pillars, Day Master, five-element balance, zodiac sign and the direction and start of your Luck Pillars — at no cost.
The paid reading is a longer written interpretation of the same chart. It is generated on demand after payment and delivered as a private link containing a secret token. Anyone holding that link can read the report, so keep it to yourself.
Your reading is normally generated within a few minutes of payment and appears at a private link on screen. We also keep the link retrievable by the email address you gave us.
Occasionally generation fails. If that happens we retry automatically, and you can trigger a retry from the reading page. If we cannot deliver a working reading within 7 days, you are entitled to a full refund — see the Refund Policy.
When you buy a reading, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it, keep it, print it and store it for your own private, non-commercial use.
You may not resell it, republish it, post it publicly, publish it as your own content, or feed it into a commercial product or dataset. The text, the site design and the underlying code remain our property or that of our licensors.
The written reading is produced by a large-language-model system working from the astrological facts computed from your chart. We give the model detailed structural rules and require it to avoid absolute predictions, but automated text can still contain errors, odd phrasing or repetition. It is an interpretation, not a certified statement of fact.

The Service relies on third parties including Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (delivery and security), our hosting provider, and an AI model provider. We are not responsible for the availability or acts of those third parties, and their own terms may apply to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and — importantly — that any reading will be accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose.
We do not warrant any outcome in your life as a result of reading your chart.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, opportunities or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may change these terms by updating this page. The version in force when you bought a reading governs that purchase. We may also change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service; if we discontinue a paid feature, we will keep existing reading links working or refund affected purchases.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there where the law allows it. Before starting formal proceedings, please email us — most problems are solved faster that way.
