Refund Policy

Last updated: 21 September 2026

The short version

1. What you are buying

A reading is a personalised digital product. It is generated specifically for your chart, delivered immediately, and kept available at a private link that you keep. It is not a physical item, and it cannot be returned or "un-made" once generated — the work of producing it has already been done.

That is why this policy distinguishes between undelivered and delivered readings.

2. When we refund in full, automatically

You are entitled to a full refund, with no discussion needed, if any of these apply:

In these cases you do not need to justify anything. Just email us.

3. When we cannot refund

Because the product is personalised and delivered immediately, we cannot refund:

We would rather solve a problem than argue about it. If something is wrong, tell us what happened.

4. Our promise: one free regeneration

If your reading was generated from birth details that turn out to be wrong — most often the birth time — email us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with the corrected details, and we will generate a new reading for the corrected chart once, at no charge. Your original link stays valid.

This is our own policy, and it is a better answer than a refund for a chart that was merely mis-entered.

5. Your right to cancel (consumers in the EU, UK and similar jurisdictions)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with an equivalent rule, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.

There is an important exception for what you are buying here. Under provisions such as Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and regulation 37(1)(a) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately, where you gave your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you therefore lose the right to withdraw.

That is exactly what the checkbox before payment asks you to confirm. If you do not agree to immediate delivery, do not tick it — and please email us instead, because we would rather not take your money on terms you do not want.

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be waived by agreement — including your rights in respect of a product that was never delivered or was not as described.

6. How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected].
  2. Include the email address used at checkout, and your order ID if you have it.
  3. Tell us briefly what went wrong. If it is a technical failure, that is all we need.

We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will see the money back typically within 5–10 business days once Stripe has processed it, though your bank or card issuer controls the final timing and may take longer.

7. Please contact us before a chargeback

If something went wrong, emailing us first is almost always faster than a chargeback, which can take weeks and freezes the dispute until the bank resolves it. We resolve straightforward technical failures the same day. That said, using a chargeback where it is genuinely warranted is your right, and we will not treat a good-faith dispute as anything but a problem to fix.

8. If your reading is still missing

Try opening the reading link again from your confirmation email, or the link you were shown right after payment. Some payments take a few minutes to confirm on our side; refreshing the reading page usually finishes it.

If the page still will not open after an hour, email us with the address you used and we will either deliver the reading or refund you.
